Description

Most organizations are challenged by more than one project. Project Managers often become "program managers" dealing with several projects, limited resources and tight deadlines. This course is designed to clarify ways to manage the project portfolio which involves tracking and managing all of an organization's projects to guard against duplication, keep an eye on costs and resources, comply with deadlines and ensure the projects are in line with the company's overall mission.
