FAQ
The Consortium Foundation program is a series of online courses designed for students with a variety of educational goals. You take only the courses you need. Foundation courses are offered approximately every eight weeks. Most students complete the entire program within one year.
The admission requirements and application process for the Foundation program is determined by your educational goals. See table below:

Additional InformationYou will pay a one-time $56 application fee. We can track your progress, provide advising assistance and send registration materials to you in advance. You may be eligible for financial aid through UW-Eau Claire*. |

*Special Notes: • You will be admitted to the MBA program as a conditional student until you fulfill all Consortium MBA admission requirements. • You must complete GMAT or GRE equivalent within six months of application. |

Transfer Foundation Program CreditsComplete Foundation courses for a graduate program at another university. |

Application Process |
Additional InformationYou will not be charged an application fee. You will not need to reapply as a special student each semester; however, you must notify UW-Eau Claire that you wish to continue your special student registration. We do not automatically track your progress, provide advising assistance or send registration materials to you in advance. |
Earn a CertificateA 13-credit online certificate is offered for those without an undergraduate degree in business. Courses in the certificate program can be applied towards the MBA program course prerequisites. |

We will track your progress and provide a certificate upon completion. We provide advising assistance upon request; however we do not send registration materials to you in advance. |
