Leadership Mini-Module

Because MBA graduates are often asked to assume leadership roles in the organizations where they work as well as in the communities where they live, it is important that they understand how to be effective leaders.

Explore Leadership Roles

In the required leadership mini-module, you will explore the concept of "leader" from multiple perspectives; leader as strategist, as coach, as mentor, as facilitator, as director, and as change agent. You will examine your effectiveness and potential as a leader from both a personal and professional standpoint.

Integrated with Module 2

You will take the leadership mini-module (MBA 805) concurrently with Module 2: Developing New Products and Services. Because Module 2 contains a semester-long team project, you will be able to apply many of the principles you have learned in the leadership course to this project.
