Payments can be made electronically by clicking here, in person at the Business Office (Schofield 108), or by mail (UW-Eau Claire Business Office, PO Box 4004, Eau Claire, WI 54702-4004). Make sure you have your PIN (Personal Identification Number) if you plan to register online. If you don't have a PIN or can't remember it, contact Registration Services. They can email your PIN to you or send it by mail. Take care of any fee obligations from past semesters. You will not be allowed to register if you have outstanding tuition fees, etc. For information on Payment Due dates, see the Student Services area at UWEC Business Services. Please note that when you register for a course after the start of the semester, billing, payment, and assessment dates are already in effect. You can avoid any service and finance charges by making full payment at the time you register. If you choose not to pay at the time of registration, you will need to keep in mind the standard due dates and finance charge assessments. All billing correspondence is done via email, so you need to be sure you are checking your UW Eau Claire email regularly.
