Project Execution and Control

Prerequisite: Project Management (MBA 761)
The primary focus of this course is identifying and managing challenges commonly seen in doing the work in projects after the project baseline has been approved. The course also covers such topics as project risk management, project cost management, project communications management, vendor management, project quality management, project change management, and project termination.
