Our 30-credit Consortium MBA program is designed for people like you - business people, engineers, health care providers and others interested in moving ahead in their careers.
Advance your career.
Getting an MBA has helped our graduates obtain the promotions they sought, move into new professions, or start and manage their own businesses.
Our online MBA works with your busy schedule.
Because our entire MBA program is offered online, it is ideal for those who travel, juggle job with home responsibilities, or have difficulty leaving work to attend classes.
Work at your own pace.
Students can complete their MBA degree within two years once MBA Foundation requirements have been met. The majority of students graduate between two and three years once MBA requirements have been met.
Required Modules - 16 credits
The curriculum of the Consortium MBA program features content-integrated, theme-based modules rather than traditional stand alone courses.

Our online classes are comfortably small.
You will get to know the faculty and students in the program. Class discussions are very rich with faculty members serving more as discussion facilitators than the stand-up-and-lecture professors you remember from your undergraduate days. Grades are based on class participation, projects, written case studies and reports, quizzes and examinations.
Graduating from our online program.
We celebrate graduation with a special website and traditional commencement ceremonies. You can receive your diploma by attending commencement activities at UW-Eau Claire, the Consortium's managing partner, or you can celebrate this important event by watching the ceremonies online with family and friends at a location of your choosing.
