The University of Wisconsin MBA Consortium program has once again been recognized nationally as a top online MBA program by US News and World Report.
The UW MBA Consortium tied for 12th in the 2016 Best Online MBA rankings, an achievement which placed it in the top five percent of online MBA programs in the U.S. The program also came in first ahead of online MBA programs in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio and Iowa.

“We are honored to again be recognized as a top online MBA program,” said UW MBA Consortium Director Dr. Robert Erffmeyer. “This recognition reflects the value we provide our students and could not be achieved without the talented and dedicated faculty and staff at our four University of Wisconsin partner schools.”
Rankings are determined by factors such as admission selectivity, student retention and engagement, faculty credentials and training, peer reputation, and student services and technology. Accreditation by The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) is also taken into consideration because of the high standards enforced by the international organization.
“We pride ourselves on providing the kind of flexibility, availability of course offerings, and advising support that makes it possible for a high percent of our students to graduate in three years or less,” said Erffmeyer.
The UW MBA Consortium includes MBA programs at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, University of Wisconsin-Parkside and the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. The Consortium is managed by UW-Eau Claire.
