Selling Ideas at Work

This course provides students with an understanding of how business people make decisions. It teaches students to utilize developed skills (listening, nonverbals, adapting, planning, presenting, responding to objections, obtaining commitment, follow through) to sell ideas at work to both individuals and to groups.
