I chose the UW MBA Consortium program because of its outstanding reputation, exceptional faculty, and online flexibility. I was looking for a top-ranked MBA program with global recognition. In addition, I was seeking an opportunity to further my education and professional skills as a business leader and to help make a positive difference within my organization. I wish to help others reach their individual professional goals and my organization with reaching its strategic growth goals. I believe education is the key to success which opens the doors of the future. Therefore, by receiving my MBA, my second master's degree, I hope to also inspire others to further their education.

The selection of courses offered were very intriguing. My instructors were very knowledgeable in their specific subject area. They were always "hands on" and passionate for teaching. Students demonstrated professionalism, vast knowledge, and respect of others throughout the program.

I made many connections with faculty members and fellow students. I felt we were a small community of learners who supported each other and grew together. The size of the classes and cohesiveness fostered a strong sense of unity. I plan to stay in touch with fellow alumni in the future.

Since receiving my MBA I have been able to apply effective strategies and concepts to my professional work. I feel stronger as an organizational leader and more prepared with facing internal and external challenges. My mindset is also more focused on value creation and growth initiatives.

My advice for others considering the program is to consider the superior value, the quality of the teaching staff, and the convenience of the online aspect. Pursue an MBA to increase your business acumen, professional expertise, and to ultimately make a positive difference in the lives of many.
