Pang Kou Khang Added to Staff as Recruitment and Advising Coordinator

Pang Kou KhangThe University of Wisconsin MBA Consortium is pleased to announce the addition of Pang Kou Khang to its staff. Pang Kou will serve as the program's recruitment and advising coordinator, focusing on strategic marketing efforts, recruitment initiatives, strengthening relationships with partners, and supporting students as they progress through their MBA program.

"Pang Kou brings a wealth of experience that will help us enhance our program," said UW MBA Consortium Managing Director Jessica Franson. "She has great energy and genuine care for student success that we know they value in the program advisor role."

Pang Kou earned her Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from UW-Eau Claire and later attended Lakeland University where she earned her Master of Arts in Counseling with a focus in Higher Education and Student Affairs. Pang Kou has spent the past 12 years supporting students in various capacities at Lakeland University, including admissions, academic advising, and most recently, serving as the director of Lakeland University's Chippewa Valley Center.

"I am eager and excited to join the UW MBA Consortium team! I look forward to connecting with our students, learning from them, and supporting them through their academic journey," said Khang.

When not meeting with students or collaborating with her team, you can find her at a local coffee shop, checking out the live music scene, or walking and biking the trails.

Pang Kou started her position on May 15. She will be connecting with current students over the summer to introduce herself and begin supporting them as their program advisor.
